Blox Maintenance Worx is a registered business name of Blox Property Group Pty Ltd (ABN 20 633 280 109), Suite 5/14-16 Brookhollow Avenue, Norwest NSW 2153. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it and how to contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through a form on this site we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, suburb and postcode, the service you are asking about and the description of the job. If you send photos by text or email afterwards, we keep those with your enquiry. If you call us, we record the details you give us over the phone so we can quote and schedule the work.
We also collect information about how the site is used, including the page you arrived on, the page you enquired from, the referring website, and campaign parameters attached to the link you clicked (for example Google Ads click identifiers). This is stored in a first-party cookie on your device for 90 days and attached to your enquiry so we know which advertising brought you to us.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site assessment, prepare a written scope and quote, carry out and document the work, invoice you and keep records of the job. We use the campaign and page information to measure which advertising produces genuine enquiries and to report qualified enquiries and won jobs back to the advertising platform that referred you. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Enquiry emails are delivered through a transactional email service (Brevo). Website usage is measured with Google Analytics and, when we advertise, Google Ads conversion tracking. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Australia. We may also share job details with tradespeople who work with us on your job, only to the extent needed to do the work. We share personal information with others only when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, and a first-party attribution cookie described above. Google Ads conversion cookies are used when you arrive from one of our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but we will not be able to attribute your enquiry to the advertising that brought you here.
Storage and security
Enquiries are stored in this website’s database and in our email, both protected by access controls. We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for the work, for warranty and insurance purposes and to meet our legal obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
